Two PBN Questions

Hi guys,

I have two questions related to PBNs:

1. How often should I post new content on a blog after I have stopped selling new backlinks? It takes time and money to keep it updated, so I would like to know how often you would recommend to make sure the site is still viewed as active by Google.

2. What SERP services would you recommend? Are they free or paid? If paid, are they worth buying?

Depends on the frequency standard it has. For my network once every two weeks is good enough for most units.
