Two paypal accounts limited

Hello everyone. I have one big problem, need to solve it out. I got limited two stealth paypal accounts, need to know why.

That what I did:

Created new user on PC.
Changed IP.
Created one paypal account on FireFox, another on Chrome. (Different IP adresses on FireFox and Chrome)
Bought two VCC's.
Vcc's have been added at the sime time. First added on Chrome paypal account, after a few minutes on FireFox.
After a one day - both accounts limited.

Can you tell me what I did wrong?

what type of ip are you using? a vpn ?

also i am looking for services to help unlimit a paypal account although i want like some insurance against the money being held for 180 days in limbo

Hey i have heard of people usign private proxies but i want to ask you where do you go to purchase them to use?

Also what do you mean by ''open with different mobile data pack'' can you please elaborate that for me?

U should use 2 PC, Because Paypal check Mac address, Pc Info too.
