Two New Suggestions

It might be a good idea to regulate competitions and maybe require a small deposit fee in the case that members will be submitting work into the competition vault. If not, anyone can guise their scam as a competition, evade the BST, and fool us all. The second suggestion is mass PM'ing members when a new rule is added, not everyone comes on BHW daily and read the rules every time, but they might have genuinely read it when they joined. This is all, I'm going to crawl back into my hole for a long while.
