Two identical backlinks. Is it spam?

Hi folks!

I've received recently a lovely backlink from an authoritative site. A day later, another crappy website with no TF copied and pasted the same article, identical, and posted it on his website. By doing so, he has done a backlink to me, but it is identical to another one, in content and everything.

Is it going to be damaging my SEO? Shall I disavow it on the Search Console?

Nah, almost all websites have some of these links. Just leave it as it is.
 
Disvow it. Since the content is copied. Don't take unnecessary risk if you know it is out there.
 
Nothing you can do about those. Maybe disavow if you wanna be extra careful.

Get ready when your site enters Alexa and other top rankings, you'll get tens of thousands of spammy links.
 
It's no different then getting a wiki link
you will have like 1000 wiki clones backlinking to you overtime :)
it won't hurt you, just leave them as it is.
 
Why people who are against google are the same people that go running to google to disavow links? Why help them build up their database?
Leave it as it is don't worry about it.
 
It will look at the authority ..if he's much better authority, it will outrank you with your own content
