So the question is without interlinking two fresh accounts one for eBay and one for PayPal? So for example I have 2 bank accounts one I'm already using with eBay and PayPal at my mothers address. I have another bank account addressed to my fathers address. Obviously the same name on both accounts. What would be the possibility of them banning my accounts using the same name but with 2 different addresses for each account?
