Lets say you have one site and wanna put two different backlinks for the same site on a forum profile. I know you'll only get credited for one backlink sinces its from the same forum profile/domain. but if each one has different anchor text will you be trying to rank for both keyword/phrases?

No. only if you make a redirection of one of them.

    By example : <your url><your anchor>
    <another url in 301 from yours><your anchor>

    Its allrigth ;)

Yes you will, its the same principal with contextual links in an article, or blog post. If you hyperlink, using two diff keys with in the same content, you still get credit for both keywords

So both links will have the same weight (same as when using only one link) making you rank better for kw1 and kw2? Can anybody confirm?

I think I will try for both keywords/phrases for ranking them top in search engines.
