two 2 paypal accounts in the same computer ???

hello

When I tried to log in to my Paypal India account, the account asked for my mobile number and PAN number.
I am not a resident in India and the account activated by vcc

I am a resident in a country with problems in the PayPal accounts

now I want to open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country no india .And I want to activate it using a VCC

The problem is that my Indian PayPal account linked to my ebay account , And I log on to this account from my computer.

now Can I open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country from the same computer
And send my money from my Indian PayPal, To my new PayPal

And then link my new PayPal account with my ebay account

And all this from the same computer

please help me

well atleast the 1 computer isn't your problem here. Use CC cleaner or google clear flash cookies. Clear flash cookies and normal cookies from your browser. Then change ip and your good to go. Can't say anything about your plan tho

Ive ran 2 paypal account from the same computer for months.
The problem came when i started to send money from one account to the other several times per week.
I would say go ahead its a risk that you may lose the account.
Question? You said the indian account is making your verify to log in. How can you transfer money from this account to your other if you cant verify due to not being in india?

You needn't change your paypal account.
For Mobile number put any number +919864544***
and Pan Card number isn't necessary.

Just click on the PayPal Logo when they show you this screen.

If you put your pan card no they will charge taxs. So dont give pan card no and regarding mobile no i dont think its a must. Try Clicking on the paypal which is showed in your image it should work. If it dosnt work then its a must situation to give your mobile and pancard details.

I normally enter by clicking on the Paypal tag

the problem now : I wan to open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country from the same computer
