Ok, yes you can scrape the data… But how should you sell this data still?
Gotta be a chad in these trying times.
usually you would have to be approved for Premium/Enterprise access on Twitter to use the data ‚commercially‘, right?

People use twitter api to collect data from tweets and trends. You sell *that data* and not the tweets themselves.

yes, and that's what most Twitter automation tools do
In my case I’m thinking about selling access to twitter profiles. Like followerwonk where you can search for keywords in all of twitter profiles.
so the scraped data would not be aggregated, rather cleaned and prepared. Difficult topic, don’t you think?

Twitter has limited exactly this usecase behind an enterprise api plan. They prolly know about services like FollowerWonk and are trying to limit them as much as they can so they can make a "twitter for marketers" suite in the future.
Without the api you will have to make a twitter-scale crawler that can crawl the bios and profiles of millions of users.
The crawling part would likely not be very difficult. What would be difficult would be discovering this many account handles to crawl.

Nahhh, scraping is actually very effective in quite easy. With good Python script and a lot of proxies, you can do anything.

Yeah I scrape don't sell though explicitly you can make a request on hire a freelancer then I might be able to help you out.
