Twitterfeed, Onlywire, Hellotxt What is the best way to do this?

I have been working with local business by helping them to stay in touch with their customer.
I have been providing them with a wordpress blog with an author logn in
where the can post and It will be email to their list and be submitted through onlywire to their company profiles social media sites.

Then I cam across twitter feed in this forum and started wandering is their a better way. But I do not know the functions or capabilities.

-Does twitter feed post the whole post instead of bookmarking it like onlywire?

What is the difference onlywire vs hellotext?

Does hellotext post the whole article?

Can I use hellotext and onlywire together one for bookmarking and the other for posting on the social site?

My restaurant customers love when I show them how in two clicks they can send their lunch specials to every customers email facebook & ect.

Have sign my first couple customers up and want to get this function right.

When using onlywire your tweet will show up with the post title and a link back to the post. I have not used hellotext so not sure how that works. Onlywire will do 5 posts per day for a free account and 10 posts per day for a paid account.

Ok so onlywire does not publish the post just title and back links how about twitter feed? When using them I do not even have to add the book mark to my site?

The best way to go about it is to use twitterfeed and ping.fm. With ping.fm you can post updates, microblog or update a whole blog. Hellotxt is ok but you get only one option to post. Ping.fm gives you 3 options.

With Ping.fm can I post on my blog and every social site is up dated like only wire.

Does Ping.fm post more than title and link than onlywire does?

Yes, it updates all your social sites and can post more than just title.

I never tried the others but Twitterfeed works well. You can go to the options and add hashtags to your tweets so it won't look automated. You can also edit how you want your post to show up (just title, title and short description etc.)
