twitterfeed full URL

Is there a way to post full URLs to twitter using twitterfeed or any other alternative service?

I usually go under the advanced options in Twitter feed there is an option to put a "pre-fix" I put my url as the prefix so that any tweet made through my twitter feed has the URL pop up first and then the message follows
