I haven't tried it yet but maybe it will be a new trend in the future in my country. Actually in my country it's quite sad because Twitter is not very popular even though it is very interesting

Yep had tried to before, Twitter ads is good if done right and you know the method to get the $1000 yourself

Depends on your niche, and etc., if it becomes cost efficient. Mostly you'll want to use your big Twitter numbers for other monetisation methods.
