Hi,

is it safe to run multiple twitter accounts on the same laptop and ip address?

would be updated manually, with different email address.
Is it safe or is there another way of doing it?

yes, it is allowed, but to what level depends. Are you talking 2-3 accounts or 200+

Twitter allows you to have multiple accounts. As you could have a personal account, an account for your business, an account for your local sports team you are a member of, perhaps you are in a band with a twitter account etc etc. As to any issues, that would depend on the accounts and usage. Sign up 5 profiles for adult marketing and market them aggressively is not the same as the above legitimate examples.
 
The number of accounts will not be a matter as long as they all act human. For instance, Usually a human log into twitter, scroll through tweets and share something, like something and do a re-tweets. As long as you can make them look natural, it will be cool. In that way, automation will be a problem and you will be fine.

I have 3 accounts on the same laptop and haven't had a problem (over 3 years).

The best proxies you can afford. The same with every aspect of automation / SEO / aff marketing, you will need to ultimately: test > review > change > repeat > ??? > profit

Use a VPN to change your IP if not you will get banned.

I'm not one who thinks I know everything so I'm also open to others and their ideas and I'm not here to spread false information I actively market on Twitter and only sharing from my personal experience so if it's false what's your solution then?... VPN IPs are not unique.
 
It is suggested to use proxy while handling multiple accounts. But if it is only 2-3 accounts then no proxy needed.
 
How many accounts are you talking about?
I think as long as you make the account look real, you're safe.
