Now, I understand this question will have been asked over a million times, But i am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, regrading twitter verification, Now i currently have one of my twitter accounts which currently has 75,200 followers and 165+ verified followers, from global airlines, celebrities, & global brands, ect Now my latest business is a interactive music platform which the account is labeled as the official account for the music brand, lots of celebrities are directly involved and have signed up too our music platform, with all link-backs in-place too actually verify the account as been the official branded twitter account linked back from the website and back too the twitter and then back too the website, which twitter say would help the possible verification process, The trademarks are also pending in the UK & Europe which i am hoping will help verification so i am wondering if anyone has any more advice or tips which will help with twitter verification i would be grateful if they could help out or point me in the right direction, I understand that they is a platform which has been created where all the record labels sign up and they can push there artists threw the system too get verified, i have seen this happen a number of times for a number of music artists that i know, however for a registered brand too actually get verified it seems a little more challenging, they is also the other routes but not guaranteed of spending $5,000 per month for a solid 3 month, which i may considering doing after this post.

I have also noticed, blogs, press releases, official youtube accounts, and getting the brand actually known globally can help verification, which once we actually launch then it more then likely will get verified, but for now i am hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction,

Thank -you
Adam

All you need to do is to buy Twitter Ads worth 15,000+ €

Yup, spend money. Twitter is on a mission now to start drumming up revenue. We have been getting HAMMERED with email offers from twitter offering ad discounts, etc.

Even spoke to a rep - they are getting desperate - twitter ads are worthless. Most of the traffic is mobile. People don't want to deal with sponsored posts and bullshit. They want to quickly jump on their twitter feed and get news. Another case of a company "valued" to the sky when they are virtually worthless in terms of revenue potential.

$15k in ad spend with get you that little worthless "badge" - but there are 100 ways to make that $15k do A HELL OF A LOT MORE for you then worthless twitter ads.

Thank-you twitter badge gives you a separate timeline , where you can only talk with verified profiles and its a must for our business, thanks for your inputs.

I can't sorry i am trying, We are at 78,000 followers now & 200 verified followers. anyone help at all?

Why is verification so important? it wont get you sponsorship deals or bring in more revenue with what I have seen, it just gives you a check.

Also, I heard that there is no 'process' to get verified anymore. You just have to stay active and if they see your account they reach out and ask for ID or business ID.

you appear at the top of searches, it gives you a verified only timeline, so that allows you too interactive with your other verified followers and they will see your tweets much more regularly and gives such a stronger brand for your business overall and alot of the large companies will take you more seriously if your first point of contact with them is twitter.

yaleinnovator please could you message me, i haven't got enough posts to do so myself, i need to speak with you about account verification for a client that i manage who's highly sought in music
