Twitter Verfication Help {serious only)

Good day everyone, i have a simple question well at least i think its simple in regards to twitter verification form. My account allows me access to request verification i have tried to do it for myself many times and it goes through i get my case number from twitter immediately but its been over 40 days and no luck. I think its because i am not filling in the right information or something. I know the account is eligible. The category i'm submitting for is film and TV i have an IMDb page as well as a wiki page and verified facebook. My question is, what do i put into the section where it asks "Your relationship with the account owner and why they should be verified" i usually just say public relations management and i add the wiki page and official website but i'm not sure if i should be saying something more before clicking submit. Please anyone on here who has access to the form knows exactly what I'm talking about. I really need help, no spamming please. Im looking for guidance here. also maybe im missing something entirely with linking sites that plays a part in why twitter won't respond back. Thanks in advance.

Well after submission it takes from days to weeks depending on the volume the twitter has for verification. Don't submit verification repeatedly they will ignore. If you submitted just once wait ; they will get back. Since you got the ticket you have to wait.
2. Are you submitting it from your own account or a different account ?
2.1 If you are submitting from your own account just fill why you are looking for verification with links
2.2 If you are submitting from a different a/c fill personal manager or fan or talent manager, talent management ; any thing in the your relationship with account owner section..
3. You are doing it right ..Don't resend submission repeatedly ..Take help from others

Twitter can take their time getting to requests, sometimes over a month. Like others have said, repeat submissions will get you nowhere!
