go to the HAF (Hire a Freelancer) board and make a post
Just be aware, hiring someone to do some work isn't as straight forward and the solution to all your problems like some make out - I imagine they never have. As with anything there are pros and cons to it.
I would always recommend if a public bot exists that does what you want, use that. *UNLESS* your requirements are very specific, a custom bot is not the best option.
You will need to manage a software project
Deal with a freelancer
The freelancer may / may not know anything about the problem domain (compared to a public bot developer who knows the ins and outs of the domai)
You will be the tester (as opposed to 100s or 1000s of users of a public bot)
You will be charged for every update, every bug fix every new feature
People often say public bots leave footprints, with the assumption custom bots do not. A public bot where the developer is doing nothing but automating the domain is going to have less footprints than a custom bot by a developer trying to get their $ per hour as high as possible
That isn't to say custom bots do not serve a purpose. If you want a bot to handle 10k accounts, then a custom bot is the way to go. A tiny % of people run so many accounts, so no public bots are aimed at this market, most people run 1-10 accounts, or the next bracket is 10-100. So this is who public bots are mostly aimed at. If you have specific interopability requirements perhaps to an API a database or custom panel, then a custom bot is the only way to go as no public bot will work exactly as you want. But for all this, you pay more - a lot more.
But if you just want to scrape and filter some data, something every single public bot should be able to do, why wait weeks / months for it to be developed and tested when you can buy a public bot for a fraction of the cost and have it updated and maintained ever more for free?
* Disclaimer
Feel free to ignore everything as I am public bot developer who has done custom work before so perhaps am biased (but I'm not the above is fact
