Twitter Urgent Trademark Concern

As per my understanding we can not use trademarks in our main domain name (some companies allow their trademark in sub-domains).
Twitterfeed is a very different service and it's around for quite some time now maybe Twitter allowed them to run that site.
We're not lawyers so yes, this question should be asked from lawyer.

You're in deep trouble dude. You better flee the country or else you are going to go to jail.

I am really sorry to hear that you experience this kind of a problem. Unfortunately this is quite common nowadays with the big social media players like FB, IG, Twitter to contact people because of trademark infringement. FB/IG for example even go as further to want the questionable domains to be transferred to them.

You need to try and contact the sender of the e-mail and ask for a solid proof that they act on the behalf of the party stated, in your case Twitter. Some times this are companies acting on behalf of their customers and sometimes it is companies own law departments.

In case they are able to provide you proof (scanned documents, or public records) that they act on behalf or a part of the company, in your case Twitter, it is wiser for you not to waste money and time and go through extensive lawsuit.

Be advised that in case that they can prove that they are the owner of the trade mark (in your case this is out of doubt) this domain name you mention can be pulled out from your portfolio with the help of ICANN without any court decision.

It is wise to be sure if you deal with Twitter or not, because in case the claim is legit, most probably this case unfortunately will end in their favor in one way or another. You should value your time and funds wisely.
