I use hxxp://tweepi.com/ They work OK. Can only unfollow 20 per-page though.

I used to use that, but once you hit over 60k followers they force you to pay for it. Is there a free alternative?

The best way to unfollow is in manage flitter. And downloading an extension in firefox called "check all" . So all the checkboxes from the accounts that are not following you will be unfollowed.
Its free and you can increase the unfollow limit posting tweets and somthing like that
