Yes you do have to click each person that you want it unfollow.. but if you write a little script, it can do the clicking for you. For me it is automated over 100 accounts every day.. takes about 2 hours
The main thing about Justunfollow is that it shows the OLDEST person to be unfollowed at the top of the list. You do not want to and should not be unfollowing everyone. In Twitter terms it could be consider as Churning. I give people 10 days to follow my accounts back. If on the 11th day The still haven't then they are off my list. I dont believe most otehr sites provide the sorting feature except justunfollow
