Twitter tweet scheduler

I was wondering if anyone would know of a decent "Free" Twitter Scheduler online?. I don't want to use TweetAttacks or any other related software like that.

I'm after a twitter scheduler which I can upload .TXT files full of Tweets so that they'll be tweeted out in order.

I've seen a site that does this for free, but I've forgot it.. If anyone would be able to advise me a site which does this for "free" I would be grateful. thanks.

- you can also setup twitterfeed to do that

Locally
if you wanna do it locally from your machine a simple script would probably be your best bet.

I saw one the other day but they charge about $39 per month...but may be you could check the download section to find some script/tools.

Good features for scheduling not only tweets but also many other actions on Twitter as well as facebook along with a bulk scheduler. Almost all the features are free but you will need to subscribe for large volume usage.
