Twitter Trick - Would it work?

Here is what I think could work:

Step 1. Buy mass Twitter followers from Fiverr for $5
Step 2. Use tools like Twitter Adder to follow/unfollow users in your niche

Since Twitter won't let you go over 2k until you have sufficient followers, by buying followers you can overcome this limit and start adding many more users. Twitter lets upto 1000 follow/unfollow per day which is enough to add tons of new people in your niche and unfollow them after few days if they don't follow back. Twitter Adder will let you do that autometically.

I am trying this on one of my secondary account and if it works will use it for main account. Has anyone else tried this method? Any tips/comments?

yeah that works. but be careful using it on new accounts

It works. But as azguru said, take it slow with new accounts.

Make sure they look legit by adding a profile picture and bio, changing background and posting tweets (with and without links, and links to different sites, not only yours, using hashtags etc. just like a regular user would do) on a regular basis, and get more and more follower gradually.

Ok here is the update:

I ordered the gig on Fiverr and got 20k Followers added to my secondary account. Now I am using Tweet Adder to Follow 350 users per day and Unfollow 450 after 5 days if they don't follow back.

I personally think 20k is too many followers, it starts to look fake. For the main account I probably add 2-3k fake followers and slowly build that account up.

What do you guys think?
