Hello, do you now of any bot that can cause a particular word to trend for hours in a particular location? Example Black Hat trending in Accra, Ghana. Have an idea how to do this?

If i am not wrong, "Sponsored Trend" Worldwide from Twitter itself will cost $200000 per day.
I am sure there are people doing it blackhat way and banking hard. But do you think they are going to share their money making $$$$$$$$$ idea here ?
I wish they do but i doubt.
