Hey, I been botting on Twitter and wanted to ask you guys some questions. How is traffic being generated on this network? What type of methods could I use to get some quality clicks that actually convert into lead submissions

First you either need quality content or amazing sales copy to get conversions from Twitter traffic. It is mostly mobile and it has a low engagement rate unless you are selling high brand items at cheap prices.
