You cant say how many followers for how many visits, plus twitter traffic is little tricky and works good only for few niches.

It shouldn't be too hard, tweet a few in different times of the day and check the engagement (RTs, likes, replies, clicks). You can also check the date of their last tweet and the frequency of their tweets.
