Just randomly i checked the account of Bill Crosby, Unfortunately his account was suspended.

Actually, I am also planning to launch an Killer ebook on Twitter. My question whether i reveal my personal id or not while explaining in the ebook.

Because he has to reconstruct everything again.

Anyway things will happen sometimes like unexpected.

Could also be a temporary suspension... You can bet he's contacted them and promising to play nice... LOL.

I managed to get an account unsuspended, just contact them saying you weren't sure what you were doing etc etc and that you'll stop. They won't review anything for 7 days, so wait and contact again, and you should be able to get the account back up and running

Let this be a lesson to anyone trying to buy a trademarked domain

All I can say is that I've had a few accounts suspended... I contacted support on ONE of them and the suspension was lifted in 10 days.

I did not contact support about the others because OH HELL YEAH I was spamming...

10 days later, suspension LIFTED.

I agree with this humble opinion. Big corporate can bombard us daily with ads or commercials (in many cases, back to back messages promoting the same product, over and over) but it's never called spamming. Whole major websites were developed just to build a customer base, but their enterprise is never called spamming.

Twitter might simply be upset that regular IMers have figured out ways to monetize their 2.0 community before they did. The aspiring big boys want the spam racket all to themselves, that's all it is.

Twitter has no spam policy, they are starting to ban anything that looks automated or bulk. Use twitterfeed, kicked out of search, open 3 accounts on one IP, suspended, use a girly name, ur an ewhore. I created accounts with no pic, no tweets and no API add ons just to have them suspended an hour later (not that I make more than on acct or anything ) Things have gotten worse since the DDOS attacks. Maybe if they ban green avatars the attacks will stop and things will go back to normal, ya think?

Bill Crosby is back today on Twitter, I suspect he had to bargain for his account. It's interesting to note though that Twitter Traffic Machine is no longer for sale. But there are still loads of people spamming the link

You can't have the word Twitter in your promotion and market on Twitter. There is also the problem with those nice little bastards that keep reporting innocent "competitors" as spam. Then there are the purists who detest any links to anywhere. Then, there are the real spammers that do nothing but promote stupid get rich on twitter crap. 99.9% of people on Twitter don't buy shit. The system is set up that way. The only think you can buy is the illusion of making money off "niche" followers. Those followers are smart and they know how to use Google when they are looking to buy stuff. We need to reinvent marketing. The way it plays out now sucks.
