People use bitly to shortern ads to their own domain. like Twitpic.us and stuff (to get people to click on their affiliate links on Twitter) while the real website is Twitpic.com
Twitter banned url shorterners for Twitpic and Instagram so they don't work anymore
But they didn't suspend any Twitter account for it and they have been doing that trick for years
Isn't doing a spin off like that violating this rule?
