What twitter tool do people use to mention me with a random link?
They dont even follow me or me following them

the last software that i know of that was able to do this was tweet attacks. it was part of the "wait and reply" module... so far i havent found any software out currently that has these capabilities.

Alot of people still do it.
Does it mean its in a private website or forum?
