Twitter threads

Are long-form threads worthwhile - do they still perform?
Absolutely, did 70m in views from threads in the last few months.

Media is important now, avoid external links when possible, day two rn weirdly is when traffic doubles and explodes from traffic I’ve noticed as it expands.

thank you

still work - just not like before. If the hook is strong, threads can blow up. If not, they get ignored fast. Now it’s more about first post + structure, not just length.

Kinda sketch if they throttle background processes. like, imagine your thread thread runs a scheduled cleanup script and it just dies mid-way. wonder if they even let you set up cron jobs reliably, or if it's all just a sweet illusion of uptime. makes me nervous thinking about long-term thread performance if the infrastructure isn't solid
