Well guys, I didn't forget You 
Conclusion after 3 months:
All new accounts were banned after 1 - 2 weeks, I took another 25 and increased follow delay (doubled) -
banned all after 1 week, took another 25 and increased follow delay again (tripled) - banned all after 1 week, quadrupled - same results: BAN
Well, I thought I will try to reduce the number of followings a day from 1000 to 500 with 1 min delay - 25 banned accounts after a week, 500 to 250 - 25 banned accounts after a week,
250 to 100 - 15 accounts were banned, 10 are still alive.
So, my best results with new accounts were:
- following not more then 70 accounts per day
- delay from 60 to 80 sec
--> all 25 accounts were alive after 3 weeks, I then increased from 70 to 100 and after one week from 100 to 150 and after 2 week from 150 to 200 per day --> all accounts are still alive.
Conclusion:
new accounts with 10k fake followers
- delay between followings: 1min
- first 2 weeks: follow not more than 50 - 70 per day
- third week: follow 100 per day - safe
- fourth week: 150 per day.. and so on, you can increase your followings each week by 50 more and reduce delay by 5 sec.
- after you followed 10k people, I mean your followers number = number of followings, then you can post 2 - 3 links per day, and unfollow 50 - 100 who didn't followed back.
According to this scheme, all my new accounts are still alive.
Well, now interesting part about aged accounts
Best results:
- delay between followings 20 - 30 sec
- first week: follow not more then 300 per day
- second week: not more then 400 per day
- rest time: if I follow more then 500 per day twitter always suspend 1 - 2 accounts, so I decided from now on: 500 followings per day, not more.
- and the same here, after your followers number = number of followings, you can post 2 - 3 links per day, and unfollow 50 - 100 who didn't followed back.
And the best part
After this long test I have got 50 accounts (25 new and 25 old) with approximately 250k real followers, the number increases every day.
I hope guys, this test and my experience will help someone to grow your accounts with minimum cost.
