Twitter suspensions???

Can anyone point me in direction of someone who has a solution to Twitter accounts that are PERMANENTLY suspended? If by exploiting or just a backdoor anything. Willing to pay if someone can prove they have successfully got an permanently suspended account restored. Let me know!
