Twitter "Stop advertising" error

I ran a Twitter ad, but it immediately stops. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
The way I tried was to run the ad with a new ID with a new number. But the ad with that ID also stops immediately.

is something being picked up as against tos with

This is purely my account. I paid with my actual credit card, but it immediately stops. What I advertise is an adult product website.
