Or maybe that software is just bad and what's more is Chinese therefore can transmit by law data to the CPC

I dont think spam bots are a thing anymore. Big companies like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc have advanced systems that can detect spam in seconds. You will just end up getting all the accounts banned and the comments deleted. If you are just looking for tools to automatically send messages with delays then sure.
 
There are existing tools you can use to manage multiple accounts for platforms like Twitter, check them out on the Marketplace section. Alternatively, you can have one coded just for you, if you prefer proprietary software.

Says the new account with a Chinese girl in profile and yet another 123 in the username? lol lol lol. I'm going to stop following the thread, anyone with an IQ above 2 can read feedback on tweetattackpro and know it is a bad idea to send data to China.
