For what purpose do you need the software? I can help you out majorly. 
there are different kinds. Some schedule tweets, others unfollow, and some tweetattack people who type a basic keyword.
There are softwares like :
Twiends to increase your follower.
Justunfollow to unfollow people
Laterbro to schedule tweets
Socialoomph to send an automatic Dm to everyone .

Yeah, I guess if you knew what I wanted to do, I'd be easier...lol. But, having never used twitter, I'm not sure I know what I want to do...lol
1) I guess, first, get followers so I can send links to my sites, and try to get traffic clicking on site ads, affiliate links
2) send followers direct links to say CPA offers..
3) see I don't know if I need one twitter account for each seperate site I have (15ish), and send niche related stuff just about that site... Or a general twitter account that sends to all at once...
I think when I decide which software, I'll put a better plan together .. That's why u guess I want one that does a lot of things....
