Twitter software to auto reply?

Is there a good black hat commercial package that can auto reply to tweets with various tweets of your own, possibly using a spinner? TweetAdder and TweetAttacks used to be able to do this back in the day but I don't even know if they are around anymore. Any help appreciated.
