Twitter Shoutout?

Where can I obtain legitimate shoutouts for Twitter to create one authority account? I want this for a personal account, and one niche related account.

Anyone know of a reputable person to do this for me?

I will be running a campaign with a fellow BHW member soon (jonny) anyways, I just want this for my personal use.

Shoutouts will only get you so far to build an "authority account" I take it we are speaking about over 100K followers? The best way to do this would be to grind yourself up to the 50K mark & then start trading shoutouts I've seen many people from Twitter doing this other than that the only place I can think of buying a shoutout is Fiverr

All the tools I was using are down now, so how would I get to the 50k mark for a brand new aged account starting at 0.

If you want a really huge shout out you can try buy sell ads. Some big stars up there

I'm not really looking for a huge shoutout. I just want to get up in the 50-100k range. I'll pm you skadoosh.
