I need a Twitter tweet scraper that:

- will scrape unlimited tweets from an account.
- has the option of leaving out hashtags, mentions and with or without links.
- should be able to be scraped from other users, as well as keywords.
- should be a feature where you can configure the ip of the scraper.

A 100% free version is being released as we speak, it has been under dev for quite some time, all features will be free to use with only limitation that you can use max 5 accounts in the free version.

If you are doing something small, the free version would be good enough.

Power users will need to buy the paid version.

great tool, but I'm unable to scrape directly from user from what I can see... or can I?

I haven't found any function to scrape by user. Maybe the developer will help you out.
