Twitter 'Reply Bot' possible

Hello BHW,

I have very little knowledge in coding and stuff. I was wondering if it is possible to have a Twitter bot that would instantly reply when a specific person tweets, such as a celebrity.
I'm not sure if it already exists, but if it does just post a link here please.

Its Just 10 Minutes and you are bumping the thread.

There are many out there I guess TwtDominator, Follow Liker and many other does this..

Haha sorry, that was like the first time I ever bumped something. I'm a real newbie. So just confiming is that as soon a specific user tweets I can have an automated reply to it?

yea it is possible. The twitter api allows you to get a users timeline and reply.
However there are request limits that reset every 15 minutes.

I can create this bot for you.
