My twitter comments on others tweets are not showing when checking the Profile from another browser. Any reason why?
Should I follow the user first then reply?

this may be due to technical limitations when there are a large number of replies

You might of used blocked words or be shadowbanned

I think you can test for shadow ban by doing a search with the username token, this is from memory so it may not be correct

username: <your_username>

if you can find your posts you are ok, if nothing comes up, then you are shadow banned.

If I was shadow-banned, is there a way to remove it without waiting days for twitter?

I do like 50 tweets a day using buffer.

If there was a way to remove it, there is no point giving you a shadow ban

You need to wait and during that time behave well

If I am doing 50 tweets a day, mostly deals related. Will this extend the shadow ban removal?

you probably shadow banned, and it will removed automatically within few day.

Yes. More than likely that is what caused the ghosting in the first place, especially if those tweets contain urls, which i assume, they do. Don't tweet anything for a day or two and see if it's fixed. Repetitive violations of the Twitter TOS extend the tenure of the account restrictions. If you keep violating these rules until your account is still restricted, it won't recover until you cease those actions. If it reaches a certain level, the account might never recover, in extreme cases it can lead to account suspension.
