The problem IMHO is that most accounts have been compromised with Arabic Spam. It seems impossible to get rid of it.
I think about 20% of my content is Arabic and maybe another 25% is fake. It's a real pain in the but and I am starting wonder if Twitter is worth it!

If some has solved the problem with the Arabic spam please pm me and share here.

Seems to be a good news but this action will increase the ban-rate on our twitter accounts because the filters for following and unfollowing activities will be more strict.
