Have you found that Twitter only supports email registration in some regions? What's wrong with it?

in my country is not prohibited from registering by email, including phone number
 
Use a browser like incogniton and some US proxies (I use DC proxies with no problem) create hotmail/outlook email and then register account. You should be fine
 
Might be restrictions from the country? or as a usa company doesn't provide the service anymore in those countries? and try to create the account using another network, as a experience, when I tried to create an account using my wifi had problems used my cellhpone and my mobile data and created the account in less than 5 minutes.
 
Not sure about location, but think that anyway twitter can ask to add phone number - if think that your actions can be suspicious
 
never heard of it.... when i try to register account in bulk i always have to add phone number...

what is your process of registration, when I use Gmail for registration it does not ask me for phone number.
