Twitter rate limit changes?

Hey,

I used to be able to follow 1,000 people immediately using TweetAdder, and now it seems like I follow a few and I get the "you have followed too many people" message. Did something change? If so, how can I get around it?

Seems to have been yesterday too.
 
on jan 14th they changed to ssl, and since then twitter has become facebook , everything is much harder for a black hatter, its hit me hard, ive had to change everything on my website from xml to json coding real headache ,but im sticking with it, moving with the times ,and learning new stuff. but anyway 1000 to follow per day is too much for 1 account im surprised you havent been banned sooner
 
I've followed 1,000 people every day on a dozen accounts (that had already a lot of tweets and a big following), and nothing happened until the 22nd.
 
i dunno whats happen then, but i think 1000 to follow is way too much per day for any account new or old, i guess u was lucky
 
see when that android glitch was going on?, i was following 10k per day just by going to mobile.twitter.com in my firefox browser, so i dont think there ever was a android glitch.
 
I'm getting the error after like 5 follows with tweet adder, wtf.
 
Experiencing a lot of problems with TA4 too. It`s really annoying and yeah its because of Tweet Adder, Twitter is constantly saying Im trying to automate stuff so they won`t allow me to do ANYTHING on TA4.

Hope they fix it soon, else TA4 is pretty dead.
 
Yeah not being able to even manually follow with tweetadder makes it fucking useless. At least you can still unfollow with it, time to start pruning followers before they take that away too...

this guy knows what hes talking about!!! sike following 1k a day is standard for an aged account with a decent amount of followers.
 
It's fixed now. To people who can't think you can follow 1000/day? You must have crappy accounts. I've done it for months.
