Twitter Quote Retweet

Hey guys, i've been looking for a while now for a twitter service that provides fast twitter quote retweets. It's very effective for marketing but most SMM panels (even here) are super slow when fulfilling these orders.
does anyone know a bot or a SMM panel that is able to do these orders quickly within an hour or 2 max. I've tried around 6 panels from here and they are inconsistent when it comes to quote retweets or it takes them 48hr to complete.

I think you can find such a service, but it will take enough time. Now the speed is low due to bans on twitter, don't get angry on the panels.
