Twitter $ Questions

Hi Bhw,
I've recently decided to take the leap into twitter marketing.
But what I need to know is what do I need to be able to tweet 4000 - 5000 targeted tweet replies in a single day?
I've looked at tweetattacks, but I'm not sure if my pc would be able to do this.
Any & all info will be very appreciated.

If you're doing straight @replies from new accounts and nothing else, you can get 200-300 tweets out before the account gets banned. You do the math.
