twitter question

rookie to twitter here,

can I create multiple accounts (15) in twitter and then use friend adder to add say 50 or less friends to each account per day and then have a link from each of those 15 accounts going to one blog where I will have which will at some time later be used to promote a product?

Will twitter flag my accounts if I do that, if so, is there a workaround?

I've searched the forum here and i'm not getting a straight answer on this, not to mention that twitter is always changing.
