Twitter question...your advice?

Hey friends, I did a search and am going to need your advice here.

We have a url that is trademarked and someone is using it.

twitter.com/(our trademarked name)

This account is not being used at the time. I have already tried reaching twitter and have still NO luck. Do you have any recommendations on how to claim this url? Thanks!!

If you have contacted Twitter, And still got no where then it is pretty much gameover. You can take it to the next level by getting the courts involved, but it's probably not worth it.

Is your name actually trademarked? Like legally? Because Twitter is usually pretty responsive about squatters.
