if yes what is the limit

Im tweeting right now peoples tweets and mention the same time..set it for 30 about tweets each account, just one got banned.

The best way, is to reply at their tweets, and put a link on your reply..something like mylikes,sponsoredtweets etc...using spinned comments

oh its very deep to know twitter rules, i'm trying to make bot to earn some money, but the idea not coming yet

i want to create 100 account, every three accounts via different proxy,
now when i login to these account again, can i login from my real ip, or i should to save a proxy that i created the account with, then login every time with same proxy

You can create 100 accounts all with different proxys (any free or paid VPN).
I see a lot people here that suggest different proxys in each login but in fact it's useless, they don't care about that just do not spam too much with one account. If u have 100 accounts chances to get banned are 0.01%.
If u want to farm accounts make with pics (looks more legitim for followers) also after creating accounts wait 2-3 days before using cause twitter can suspend. After 48 hours there wont be any problem to use.
