Twitter Punishment for Agro Follow Churn?

My account is a week or so old. I've been doing agro follow/unfollow churn of about 300 every other day with an auto-follow Chrome extension. I'm wanting an active follower base which is why I don't wait longer for followers between churns. Based on another account I had, I got popped for churning and it just restricted me from following people for a few days and then went back to normal. Well. When I hit 1000 followers I got cocky and agro followed about 800 more than I was following. All of a sudden my follower and RT notifications went virtually silent. When I search my username, my content shows up but my profile does not. I haven't received any notifications from Twitter. Not sure if I'm shadowbanned or if they throttled my follow-backs. What kind of punished do they give for follow/unfollow churning and how long does it last.

You've been ghosted. Give it 3 days or so and then follow <100 the first day and creep it daily by 50 or so for several days.

They aren't supposed to send you notifications when you're getting ghosted, otherwise it wouldn't be called ghosting. Try what LeroyS suggested and take it slower this time. Twitter is very trigger-happy lately, it can be that they will simply suspend you, if you pull the same stunt again.
