Twitter proxy security

Okay so I have two questions regarding this:

1. Does it actually matter which ip address twitter accounts are created with? I.e. you would still use proxies for mass following/unfollowing but in case you created them with your own ip and then hooked up to a proxy would it still make a difference or?

2. Despite my first question say you create about a 100 fake accounts via a piece of software that were all created through proxies (though I'm kind of curious how you can automatically create a 100 accounts with automatically assigned proxies in the first place, sure you'd have say a 100 private proxies to go around with but would you be able to just import them in a list in the said piece of software and it would automatically create accounts with proxies assigned?) would you be able to go in on your native ip adress and say edit them and so on? Or would that cause some sort of IP leakage say you'd have to edit like more than 10 accounts individually and you'd get those accounts banned/suspended?

I do it fine.. switching between my own IP and proxies and haven't been banned/suspended yet.

I have created accounts with proxies via a piece of software and then logged into the accounts with my own IP to verify the email address within hours sometimes minutes of creating the accounts. Sometimes they ask you to enter both your email and username but that's it.
