twitter promoting sites?

what ones are there?

like the ones where there's a free one and one you pay for, you enter your username and password and it follows people and gets you followers.

i've done it before but unfollowed everybody and changed my password, made a new account and want some followers. can't remember the sites though and quite frankly im too lazy to search them on google.

You're probably talking about social exchange networks.
There are a lot of great sites for twitter followers such as addmefast, youlikehits and etc.
