Twitter project due need help

Hey guys so ive got this twitter project im doing where ive got to get this account over 100k followers. Hummimg bird has stopped working and im around 12k. I have a script that will automatically make twitter accounts at mass but im running into proxy issues. So for example I ran it yesterday on like 20 windows and it only make 300 accounts. So at this point im a little stuck and would like your advice. Im thinking of just doing a macro to follow all day long then instead of using public proxies get some private proxies instead.

So if you didnt catch on my plan is to make thousands of new accounts and also have it maxing out the 100api calls per hour to add friends as well.

Any advice would be awsome as to maybe where to get some solid public proxies or private.

I think he is planning on makeing a bunch of new twitter accounts and then having them follow the account he wants to build as well as run a macro on the main account to auto follow and max out the api calls per hour so both will be running at once. But see thats gonna go slow with using public proxies. I think private proxies is the way to go. But how many accounts can you make off one ip address with twitter?
