Twitter Profile ******** Backlink?

Hello,
Is getting a ******** backlink from Twitter profile possible?
I once had a Twitter profile ******** backlink myself, indexed in Alexa. And there are a lot of guys who still have it. For example, check the profile Waiting4Fame. But now it seems impossible. When I put the link in the box dedicated to your web URL, it is nofollow. And when I put the link in description, it's wrapped in their shortener.
I've also searched Google, all in vain. Could any geek please help me solve the mystery?

I meant do-follow, man. I don't know why isn't it possible for me to publish this fucking word!

Those links on that example profile aren't doing much for him. The first is sent through the shortener and the 2nd is nofollow.

That's great if you can get a do-follow link from the profile but one link isn't going to count for much. If its easy to set up and its do-follow, great! If it isn't, people will still follow no-follow links so at least the traffic is still there.
